A Day Out{side} Exploring Kootenai Falls
Take a moment and enjoy a scenic stroll through Kootenai Falls park. A place where you can easily walk to the falls with your family and dogs, this is a place to visit while in Montana.
We took a day outside to explore the beautiful Kootenai Falls, located outside of Libby, Montana.
After a quick lunch, we headed down the trail to see the falls. It’s a dog friendly trail that is pretty easy and not very long.
The falls are absolutely beautiful. The emerald green water is mesmerizing, and the river cutting through the mountainous landscape is breathtaking.
After checking out the falls for a while, we headed to the well known suspension bridge that spans the entire canyon. Over the river. And if that wasn’t enough fun for one day, we decided to cool off with a quick dip in the cold glacier waters of the Kootenai Falls.
